Butler Rural Electric Cooperative - Energy Efficiency Improvement Loan Program

Butler Rural Electric Cooperative, Inc. provides low-interest loans to qualifying members for energy efficiency improvements, air-source heat pumps, and geothermal systems at 100 percent of the cost of the project up to $25,000. The current interest rate is 4.5%. An energy Audit is required for all geothermal and heat pump installations (replacements excluded) prior to approval. See program website for further details.

Butler Rural Electric Cooperative - Residential Rebate Program

Butler Rural Electric Cooperative provides rebates for geothermal heat pumps, electric heat pumps, smart thermostats, and water heaters. A $1,200 rebate is available to residential members that install a new geothermal heat pump in eligible homes, or $600 for members that replace a geothermal heat pump. A $600 rebate is available for members that install a new dual fuel heating system, or $300 for a replacement dual fuel or air source heat pump. Additional rebates for both heat pumps include a $0.02/kWh reduced rate on customers' electric bill. Smart thermostat rebates are offered at a maximum of $150 per unit

Pacific Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

Pacific Power’s Home Energy Savings program offers California homeowners and contractors cash rebates to make homes more energy-efficient when purchasing Energy Star appliances (like clothes washers, dryers, refrigerators, and freezers) and qualifying efficiency upgrades such as water heaters, lighting, and HVAC enhancements. The program also extends incentives to newly built Energy Star homes meeting specific standards. Applicants must complete applications within 90 days of installing the equipment and include an itemized invoice. Nebraska Public Power District - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

The Nebraska Public Power District offers rebates to homeowners who purchase energy efficient heat pumps, upgrade their insulation, install LED lighting, and/or have their cooling system tuned-up. The High Efficiency Heat Pump Program offers rebates for both air-source and geothermal heat pumps. Once the installing contractor has installed the heat pump, they must conduct a Performance Verification Test of the system. Results from this test must be attached to the program application. If the installed heat pump is 14 SEER or higher, the installing contractor can also receive a $50 rebate.

Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

GVEC’s rebate program helps members offset the cost of energy-efficient upgrades, including high-efficiency heat pump systems, Level 2 EV charging stations, smart thermostats (via their Peak-Time Payback program), and battery storage systems. The goal is to promote energy conservation, reduce peak demand on the grid, and reward members who install efficient or distributed energy tech.

Four-County EMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Four-County EMC offers its customers $50 rebates for purchasing certain Energy Star appliances. Eligible appliances include refrigerators, dishwashers, clothes washers, freezers and dryers. The rebates are available to residential customers who are replacing older appliances or buying new appliances for the first time. In order to qualify for the rebate, Energy Star documentation and a proof of purchase receipt are required. 

Four-County EMC also provides rebates for heat pump water heaters and heat pumps. The rebate amounts are $300 and $100/ton, respectively.

Four-County EMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

Four-County EMC offers the Comfort Loan Program to residential customers. This program offers financing for energy efficiency upgrades and replacements to existing equipment. The cooperative offers low fixed rates and up 100% purchase price financing, including taxes and installation. Members can receive a loan of up to $35,000.

Snohomish County PUD No 1 - Solar Express Rebate Program

In March 2009, Snohomish County PUD introduced the Solar Express Program. This program provides rebates to support residential and commercial installations of solar photovoltaics (PV) and solar water heating (SWH). 

This rebate program provides $300 per kilowatt (kW) of installed PV, up to a cap of $2,000 for residential premises and $8,000 for commercial premises (as determined by the PUD rate class). A flat rebate of $500 per system is provided for solar water heating.
