Dominion Energy provides incentives for home builders who incorporate energy efficiency into new construction. Builders can receive whole house rebates for building Energy Star homes (certified by an eligible home rater) and High Performance homes . All equipment and construction requirements must be met in order to participate. The program application, builder participation agreement, and more details about incentive amounts and efficiency requirements are located on the program web site.
Dominion Energy provides rebates for residential customers who make their homes more energy efficient by installing certain efficient heating equipment and certain weatherization measures. Incentives are available for programmable thermostats, water heats, boilers and dual-fuel heat pumps.

Northeastern Rural Electric Membership Corporation (REMC) is a consumer-owned corporation that supplies electric power to more than 25,000 members in Northeastern Indiana. Northeastern REMC offers rebates to its residential customers for the purchase of water heaters. See the program web site for specific equipment and rebate payment details. Miami-Cass Rural Electric Membership Cooperative (MCREMC) is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative serving customers in central Indiana. MCREMC offers energy efficiency rebates to its residential in conjuction with the Wabash Valley Power Association (the wholesale power provider of MCREMC). Incentives exist for customers who install heat pump water heaters and air-source, geothermal, or dual fuel heat pumps, to either replace their existing (non-heat pump) HVAC system, to upgrade their existing heat pump system, or as a part of a new construction project. Kosciusko REMC offers rebates, issued as bill credits, to residential members who purchase and install qualifying high efficiency equipment. Current amounts are $150 for a new air-source heat pump system; $250 for a geothermal system replacing propane or natural gas and $250 for geothermal in new home construction; $125 for a gas-to-electric water heater replacement, $125 for a new construction water heater and $50 for a desuperheater water heater installed with geothermal; and up to $25 for a new programmable thermostat.
Rebate units must be installed on KREMC lines, and new electric water heaters must be 50-gallon or larger. Geothermal
Orange County REMC offers incentives for members to improve the energy efficiency of homes, appliances and equipment. Rebates are available for water heaters, geothermal heat pumps, and mini-split, dual fuel, or air-source heat pumps. The rebate amount depends on the size and efficiency of the equipment and the type of system that it is replacing. A free 40- to 50-gallon water heater is also available to customers with gas replacements or new construction.
