City of San Marcos - Energy Efficient Home Rebate Program

The City of San Marcos offers an Energy Efficient Home Rebate Program for the installation of central HVAC equipment, duct sealing or replacement measures, attic and wall insulation, EnergyStar windows and doors, window film and solar screens, and EnergyStar window AC units. 

A homeowner or tenant with written consent may apply; however, only existing single-family homes qualify for the Energy Efficient Home Rebate Program. More information and application instructions for the Energy Efficient Home Rebate Program can be found on the program website.

City of San Marcos - Distributed Generation Rebate Program

The City of San Marcos offers a Distributed Generation Rebate Program for the installation of grid-tied renewable energy systems. The Distributed Generation Rebate Program is offered to San Marcos Texas Utility customers. In order to qualify for the rebate, customers must be pre-approved by the utility. Single family homes must meet certain energy efficiency criteria determined by the utility. All systems must be professionally designed and installed. Wabash Valley Power Association (28 Member Cooperatives) - Residential Energy Efficiency Program

Wabash Valley Power Association (WVPA) is a generation and transmission cooperative which provides wholesale electricity to 28 distribution systems in Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, and Illinois. View the WVPA membership webpage to view all participating members of the association. WVPA offers a number of rebates to residential customers of these member organizations. Rebates are available for heat pump water heaters, geothermal and air-source heat pumps, and HVAC equipment.

GreenSun Hawaii

The GreenSun Hawaii program works with various lenders throughout Hawaii to offer financing for renewable energy and energy efficiency upgrades. Through the program, homeowners may be eligible to finance Energy Star refrigerators, Energy Star air conditioners, solar water heating systems or heat pumps, and solar photovoltaic systems.  Non-residential property owners may be eligible to finance lighting retrofits or upgrades, air conditioning, solar water heating systems, solar photovoltaic systems, and windows. An energy audit is required for non-residential property owners.

Residential Energy Efficiency Rebates (Offered by 5 Utilities)

Bright Energy Solutions offers energy efficiency cash incentive programs to residential customers of municipal utilities that are members of Missouri River Energy Services. In North Dakota, this includes:

  • Cavalier Municipal Utilities
  • Hillsboro Municipal Utilities
  • Lakota Municipal Light Plant
  • Northwood Municipal Utilities
  • Valley City Public Works

For residential customers, rebates are available for ENERGY STAR clothes washers, dehumidifiers, room air conditioners, and heating and cooling systems. Customers who choose a certified Quality Install contractor to install their HVAC system can receive an additional $100 rebate. Rebate values can also be found here.

City of Longwood - Raising Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

The City of Longwood offers the Raising Energy Efficiency Program (REEP) to owner occupied residences within the City of Longwood for making energy efficiency improvements to their properties while supporting local businesses. 

In order to qualify, applicants must utilize contractors, suppliers or other businesses located in the City of Longwood to make their improvements eligible for the rebate program. Rebate amounts vary based upon efficiency upgrade with a maximum rebate amount of $500 a year per household. AlabamaWISE Home Energy Program

The Alabama WISE Home Energy Program provides technical and financial resources for homeowners to improve energy efficiency of their homes. Homeowners can work with participating certified energy contractors to complete a comprehensive home energy assessment. During the energy assessment the contractor will identify various energy saving measures which the homeowner may choose to implement. 

The program also provides financing for energy efficiency measures identified in the assessment. To be eligible for the loan, the homeowner must have a minimum credit score of 660, must have a maximum debt to income ration of 45%, and must be a member or affiliate member

SourceGas - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

SourceGas offers various incentives for high efficiency home heating and water heating equipment. Rebates are available for the purchase water heating and space heating equipments. Standard gas furnace and water heater rebates vary based upon the efficiency rating of the purchased equipment. Participating residential customers must schedule an installation with a local, partnering contractor. Customers must then complete a rebate form and mail it along with a paid invoice or receipt for the high efficiency equipment. Rebates will be processed within 4 - 6 weeks. Coweta-Fayette EMC - SmartChoice Home Program

Coweta-Fayette Electric Membership Corporation (EMC) provides electric and natural gas service to 58,000 customers in Georgia's Coweta, Fayette, Meriwether, Heard, Troop and Fulton counties.

Coweta-Feyette EMC operates the SmartChoice Home Program to help make existing homes conserve more energy through the installation of energy saving devices. These rebates apply only to existing homes. The installation rebates include:

Programmable Thermostat: $50.00
Electric Vehicle Charging Station: $100.00
Heat Pump/Air Conditioner: $100.00
Heat Pump Water Heater: $250.00
