Southeastern Electric - Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Southeastern Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric cooperative that serves customers in the southeastern part of South Dakota. Southeastern provides an assortment of incentives to encourage customers to purchase energy-efficient appliances and equipment.  An invoice showing that equipment has been installed and is operating must be provided before rebates can be claimed.  Visit the programs website listed above for detailed program guidelines or contact Southeastern directly.

Wabash Valley Power Association (23 Member Cooperatives) - Residential Energy Efficiency Program

Power Moves offers 2025 rebates to homeowners through local electric cooperatives for a range of energy-efficient upgrades, including dual fuel heat pumps, air source heat pumps (including cold climate models), heat pump water heaters, geothermal heat pumps, and Wi-Fi thermostats. These upgrades can significantly lower energy costs and improve home comfort. Homeowners can apply online or by mailing in completed forms, and assistance is available via phone or email. Tipmont and Citizens Electric members must complete projects by May 31, 2025, and submit applications by July 31, 2025, to be eligible for rebates.

City of Seattle - Community Power Works Loan Program

Community Power Works, funded by the U.S. Department of Energy's Better Buildings Program, offers loans and rebates for eligible energy efficiency improvements to homes.  In addition, Community Power Works partners with Seattle City Light to offer energy assessments at a reduced rate of $125 for homeowners.

San Isabel Electric Association - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

San Isabel Electric Association (SIEA) provides incentives for its residential customers to install energy efficient equipment. Rebates are available for energy star appliances, electric water heaters, outdoor power equipment, smart thermostats, air conditioning, electric thermal storage, insulation, electric heat pumps and electric vehicles that meet program requirements. AEP (SWEPCO) - Residential Energy Efficiency Programs

The South Western Electric Power CO. (SWEPCO) Residential Standard Offer Program provides incentives to Project Sponsor contractors for installing energy efficiency measures at the homes of SWEPCO residential customers. The primary objective of this program is to achieve cost-effective energy usage reduction in peak summer demand. SWEPCO Texas will enter into contracts for peak demand and energy savings with "Project Sponsors" who are typically energy efficiency service firms such as air conditioning contractors, insulation installers, lighting contractors or national energy service companies.

Approved contractors will perform tests on the customer's home and install relevant energy-saving measures including:

Georgia Environmental Finance Authority - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) encourages Georgians to utilize zero-interest financing options to help make their homes more energy efficient and save on utility bills. Financing is available through Oglethorpe Power Corporation, Electric Cities of Georgia, the Municipal Gas Authority of Georgia and Estes Heating and Air. Residential Solar Investment Program

In March 2012, the Connecticut Green Bank* unveiled the Residential Solar Investment Program (RSIP) with a goal to support 30 megawatts of residential solar photovoltaics (PV) by 2022 through Public Act 11-80. The original goal was met in June 2014. In June 2015, Public Act 15-194 expanded the Program to support up to 300 MW of new residential solar PV by 2022. The 300 MW is an effective cap of the total solar PV that the program can support. The program is set to expire on 2022, or when new solar PV installations reach total capacity of 300MW.
