Northeastern Rural Electric Membership Corporation (REMC) is a consumer-owned corporation that supplies electric power to more than 25,000 members in Northeastern Indiana. Miami-Cass REMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Miami-Cass Rural Electric Membership Cooperative (MCREMC) is a member-owned electric distribution cooperative serving customers in central Indiana.  MCREMC offers energy efficiency rebates to its residential in conjuction with the Wabash Valley Power Association (the wholesale power provider of MCREMC). Incentives exist for customers who install heat pump water heaters and air-source, geothermal, or dual fuel heat pumps, to either replace their existing (non-heat pump) HVAC system, to upgrade their existing heat pump system, or as a part of a new construction project. Marshall County REMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

The Power Moves Residential Rebates program offers homeowners incentives through their local electric cooperative to upgrade high-energy systems in their homes—especially heating, cooling, and hot water systems. The program covers a range of upgrades including dual-fuel heat pumps, air-source heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, heat pump water heaters and Wi-Fi thermostats. Applications can be submitted online or via mail, and each project must meet eligibility requirements (including completion and application deadlines in some cooperative regions).

Kosciusko REMC - Residential Geothermal and Air-source Heat Pump Rebate Program

Kosciusko REMC offers rebates (as bill credits) to residential members for the purchase and installation of high efficiency air-source heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, and electric water heaters. For each purchase of an air-source heat pump, Kosciusko REMC will credit $150 onto the customer's bill. For the purchase of a geothermal heat pump, Kosciusko REMC will credit $250 on the customer's bill. For every additional electric water heater purchased, customers may receive an $100 rebate. Jay County Rural Electric Membership Cooperative (REMC) is a member-owned electric distribution organization serving customers in central Indiana. Jasper County REMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Jasper County REMC, in conjunction with Wabash Valley Power Association's Power Moves programs, offers a range of rebates to its residential customers for the purchase and installation of energy efficient home equipment.  Incentivized items include air-source and geothermal heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and refrigerator recycling.  Both rebates from the Power Moves program, and bill credits from Jasper County REMC, are available for air-source and geothermal heat pumps.  Review the program's web site or contact the REMC directly for more information.

Orange County REMC - Energy Efficient Equipment Rebate Program

Orange County REMC offers incentives for members to improve the energy efficiency of homes, appliances and equipment. Rebates are available for water heaters, geothermal heat pumps, and mini-split, dual fuel, or air-source heat pumps. The rebate amount depends on the size and efficiency of the equipment and the type of system that it is replacing. A free 40- to 50-gallon water heater is also available to customers with gas replacements or new construction. Jackson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (REMC) offers a variety of rebates for energy efficient equipment installed and operating in the current program year. Homes or structures connected to Jackson County REMC are eligible for the rebate. Harrison County REMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Harrison County REMC offers rebates for residential customers to save energy in new or existing homes. Rebates are available for heat pumps, electric outdoor equipment, and heat pump water heaters. Nine Star Connect (Greenfield and Maxwell, IN) offers residential customers an incentive to buy energy-efficient air-source heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, and programmable thermostats.
