Carroll County REMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Carroll County REMC offers incentives to residential customers who purchase and install energy efficiency equipment for the home. Rebates are available on geothermal heat pumps and air source heat pumps. Interested customers can visit the program web site for more information. All equipment requirements must be met in order to qualify for rebates. Forms and applications can be found on the program web site.  

Carroll County REMC offers additional rebates to its customers through the Power Moves program administered by the Wabash Valley Power Association.  Visit the Power Moves website for more information on these rebates.

Dubois REC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Dubois REC offers a variety of rebates for residential customers to save energy in new or existing homes. Rebates are offered for HVAC equipment. All equipment must meet certain standards listed on the program web site. Qualifying residents must occupy the home where the equipment is installed year-round (12 months) and unit must heat and cool the whole home, unless otherwise stated. WIN Energy REMC - Residential Rebate Program

WIN Energy REMC offers rebates to customers for energy efficient improvements. Rebates must be submitted in person, within 30 days of the equipment installation date. All rebate requests must include a bill of sale with the following information: Installation date, model and serial number, speed of unit, SEER rating, size of equipment (tons), previous type of heating system, and location where the unit was installed.  Visit the program website for more information.

Utilities District of Western Indiana REMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Utilities District of Western Indiana REMC offers residential customers incentives for energy efficient heat pumps, water heaters, and air conditioners. The geothermal heat pump incentive is available for new construction and retrofits. In order to qualify, all incentive applications must be completed and signed by a contractor and member, be accompanied by AHRI certificate and a copy of the paid receipt, and be submitted within 30 days of unit installation. Southern Indiana Power - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Southern Indiana Rural Electric Coop offers an incentive program for customers to help offset the cost of high efficiency heating and cooling equipment. Rebates are available for energy efficiency water heaters; air-source, dual fuel, and geothermal heat pumps. Equipment can be installed in new construction or an existing home or mobile home. Rebate amounts vary depending on equipment efficiency, installation location, and capacity. Interested customers should complete an application form and send it in with the original product receipt/invoice. Clark County REMC - Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Clark County REMC provides incentives for residential members to upgrade to more efficient household equipment. Electric equipment, HVAC equipment, and water heaters. All rebates appear as a credit on the customer's electric bill. Clark County REMC also provides cash incentives to businesses. RushShelby Energy - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

RushShelby Energy provides customers with incentives to help offset the cost of installing energy efficient equipment in participating homes and facilities. Rebates are available for energy efficient cheat pumps, dual fuel heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps and water heaters. Rebates vary depending on the size and efficiency of the equipment and the type of system that it is replacing. Rebates are for permanent residences only, which are occupied year-round (12 months).

Bartholomew County REMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program


Bartholomew County Rural Electric Membership (BCREM) Cooperative provides its residential customers with rebates for geothermal and air source heat pumps, central air conditioners, and new high efficiency electric water heaters. Equipment must meet certain energy efficiency standards listed above and on the BCREM web site. Customers must show proof of sale, make, serial and model numbers, size of unit, and energy efficiency rating for the qualifying equipment installed. City of Scottsdale - Green Building Incentives

Scottsdale’s Green Building Program, established in 1998, was the first such program in Arizona with an emphasis on residential home construction. It was developed to encourage environmentally responsible building in the Sonoran Desert region by incorporating healthy, resource- and energy-efficient materials and methods in the design and construction of homes. The program’s goals are to reduce the environmental impact of building; achieve both short and long-term savings of energy, water and other natural resources; and encourage a healthier indoor environment.

Entergy Texas - Residential and Small Commercial Standard Offer Program

The Hard to Reach and Residential Standard Offer Programs provides incentives for the retrofit or new construction installation of a wide range of energy efficiency measures. The program does not prescribe technologies or end uses, but provides a framework through which energy efficiency service providers can receive incentives to achieve cost-effective reduction in peak summer demand. If the customer uses the performance based calculations to determine an incentive, the implementation payment may be added to the kW saved payment.
