Liberty Utilities Iowa High Efficiency Equipment Rebate

Liberty Utilities offers a rebate to its Iowa residential and small business customers for the purchase of high efficiency ENERGY STAR natural gas home heating equipment and water heating equipment, as well as programmable thermostats. Equipment must be installed by qualified dealers; no homeowner installation is allowed. Interested customers should mail the Iowa High-Efficiency Rebate Installation and Verification Form to the address provided on the website; do not send the form with the Liberty Utilities monthly bill payment.

NYSERDA - Residential Financing Options

NYSERDA offers a suite of loans under the Green Jobs-Green New York (GJGNY) Program to help New York State residents finance energy efficiency improvements, and renewable energy systems. Eligible projects include the purchase and installation of solar photovoltaic systems, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps, and energy efficiency improvements. Prior to accessing a NYSERDA loan, homeowners must have an energy assessment or audit that identifies energy services to be undertaken.

Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant - Residential Energy Star Appliance Rebate Program

Residential customers of Taunton Municipal Lighting Plant (TMLP) are eligible for rebates on energy-efficient appliances. All equipment must be Energy Star certified to qualify. Santee Cooper - Residential Energy Efficiency Existing Homes Rebate Program

Santee Cooper provides rebates to residential and multi-family residential customers. Rebates require that recipients live in a single-family, all electric home. Existing Home incentives are determined by specified standards and must be verified with Santee Cooper. Santee Cooper also provides financing for energy efficient improvements to existing homes. The Massachusetts Clean Energy Center directs customers to apply for various state and federal incentives for solar water heating. 
Alternative Energy Certificates (AECs)

This program offers a one-time payment to homeowners installing solar hot water. A two-collector system could receive approximately 100 AECs totaling $400-$1,000.

Marin Clean Energy - Feed-In Tariff

Assembly Bill 117, passed in 2002, allows communities in California to aggregate their load and to procure electricity from their own preferred sources. Under the authority of this law, California’s first community choice aggregator, Marin Clean Energy (MCE), was launched in May of 2010. The Marin Energy Authority comprises each city and town in Marin as well as the communities of Belvedere, Fairfax, Mill Valley, San Anselmo, San Rafael, Sausalito, Tiburon, and the County of Marin. Piedmont EMC - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation's (PEMC) Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Loan Program is available to eligible consumers to finance the purchase and installation of energy efficient residential upgrades. Approved consumers may borrow up to $10,000 for seven years at a five percent interest rate. Loans are available for central air conditioning, heat pumps, windows, doors and insulation.  In addition to energy efficient measures and equipment, residents may also use this program to finance the installation of photovoltaic (PV) systems and solar water heaters. Piedmont EMC - Residential Home Upgrade Loan Program

Piedmont Electric Membership Corporation's (PEMC) Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Loan Program is available to eligible Piedmont Electric members to finance the purchase and installation of an energy efficient electric heat pump, replacement of poorly insulated doors and windows, and/or additional insulation in their home at low interest rates. AEP Ohio (Electric) - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

AEP Ohio offers a variety of rebates to its residential customers for the installation of energy-efficient measures. Rebates are available for clothes washers, dehumidifiers, smart thermostats, VSD pool pumps, electric heat pump water heaters, air source heat pumps, mini-split ductless heat pumps, geothermal heat pumps, and refrigerator/freezer recycling. Additionally, AEP Ohio provides a multifamily direct install program which allows property managers to install Energy Star LEDs, high efficiency showerheads, and energy efficient faucet aerators at zero cost.
