LADWP - Net Metering

LADWP allows its customers to net meter their photovoltaic (PV), wind, and hybrid systems with a capacity of not more than one megawatt. LADWP will provide the necessary metering equipment unless an installation requires atypical metering equipment. In these cases the customer must cover the additional metering expenses. The customer must also pay any related interconnection fees.

Indianapolis Power & Light - Residential Energy Incentives Program

Indianapolis Power and Light is now AES Indiana.

AES Indiana offers energy incentive programs to assist residential customers with reducing energy consumption. Incentives are available for heat pumps, ac units, water heaters, insulation, equipment tune-ups, energy star appliances and more. Virtual home energy assessments are also offered to customers at no cost, providing homes with free LED lighting, a smart thermostat and other instant savings. Sales and Use Tax Exemption for Residential Solar and Wind Electricity Sales

In May 2011 Maryland enacted legislation providing a sales and use tax exemption for sales of electricity from qualifying solar energy and residential wind energy equipment to residential customers. Energy Smart Colorado is the first rural multi-jurisdictional consortium in the U.S. to implement a comprehensive residential energy efficiency program.

Northern Municipal Power Agency - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Northern Municipal Power Agency, in association with the Minnkota Power Cooperative, Inc., offers a variety of rebates for the purchase of qualifying energy efficient equipment. Rebates are provided for the purchase of efficient clothes washers, CFL bulbs, water heaters, furnaces, air source heat pumps and geothermal heat pumps. Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative - Solar Water Heater Rebate Program

Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative Association (Linn County RECA) is a member-owned cooperative. To encourage energy efficiency, Linn County offers a number of rebates to commercial, residential, and agricultural customers. Owners of both new construction and existing buildings are eligible for a $350 rebate for solar water heaters.
