Texas-New Mexico Power Company - Residential and Hard-to-Reach Standard Offer Programs

The 2025 Residential and Hard-to-Reach (HTR) Standard Offer Program provides cash rebates to encourage homeowners and contractors to install energy-efficient equipment and upgrades. Incentives cover a wide range of residential improvements such as HVAC replacements, mini-split heat pumps, smart thermostats, lighting, water-saving fixtures, and insulation. Rebates vary by system efficiency (SEER2 ratings) and measure type, with additional incentives available for projects that include new construction or replace older systems early.
