Kootenai Electric Cooperative offers incentives for residential customers to increase the energy efficiency of participating homes. Rebates are available for the purchase of ENERGY Star qualified clothes washers, certified homes, as well as water heaters, air-source and geothermal heat pumps, and windows. Southeastern Electric Cooperative - Electric Equipment Loan Program

Southeastern Electric offers low-interest loan programs to support rural economic development and help members invest in energy-efficient electric heating, cooling, and home improvements. Through its partnership with the Rural Electric Economic Development (REED) Fund, financing is available for new or expanding businesses and community projects in rural areas. Members can also access affordable loans for geothermal and air-to-air heat pumps, electric heat systems, and weatherization upgrades like insulation, windows, and doors. All loans are subject to credit checks, board approval, and require mortgage collateral, with payments made via automatic bank withdrawal. Northern Plains EC - Commercial Energy Efficiency Loan Program

Northern Plains Electric Cooperative is a member-owned electric cooperative that serves customers in east-central North Dakota. This EMC offers a low-interest loan program for commercial, industrial, agricultural, and local government customers that wish to undertake energy efficiency projects. Tideland EMC - Weatherization Loan Program

Tideland Electric Membership Cooperative (TEMC) is an electric cooperative that serves customers in Craven, Dare, Washington, Pamlico, Beaufort and Hyde counties. Home, farm and business owners are able to take advantage of TEMC's five percent-interest Weatherization Loan Program.

Energy Trust of Oregon offers a variety of incentives and services through their Residential incentives program. All equipment eligible for incentives needs to meet the efficiency requirements stated in the program guidelines. Incentive amounts vary by project type with eligible residences including owned or rented single family, manufactured, townhouses, duplex, triplex, or fourplex homes. Salem Electric - Solar Water Heater Rebate

Salem Electric residential customers with electric water heating are eligible for a $600 rebate through Salem's Bright Way program. A program brochure with details is available on the program website. In order to receive the rebate, all guidelines and terms must be followed.

Systems must be installed by a tax credit-certified solar technician.

Instead of the rebate, customers can also apply for a low-interest loan. Customers cannot apply for both the rebate and the low-interest loan.

Pacific Power - Home Energy Savings Program For Builders

Pacific Power provides an incentive for home builders in Washington to build energy efficient houses through the Energy Star New Homes Program.
