The Colorado RENU Loan is a statewide residential loan program sponsored by the Colorado Clean Energy Fund in partnership with Colorado-based credit unions. It makes home energy upgrades easy and affordable by offering low-cost, long-term financing for energy efficiency and renewable energy improvements.

- Low, fixed interest rates starting at 6.99% from Elevations Credit Union and at 7.74% from Westerra Credit Union
- No money down; finance up to 100% of project cost
- Loan terms up to 15 years (or 20 years for solar PV)
- Loans up to $75,000
- No prepayment penalties

- Solar PV & solar thermal
- Space heating & cooling, including heat pumps and geothermal systems
- Battery and thermal storage
- EV charging
- Insulation & air sealing
- Water heating
