Administered by the Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE), Vermont offers a rebate to residential consumers wanting to replace their old internal combustion engine vehicles with a new or used plug-in EV. The incentive is available on a first-come, first-served basis based on funding availability, and certain requirements are waived for flood-damaged vehicles.
