The Advanced Energy Fund is a public benefit fund administered by the Ohio Development Services Agency. The Advanced Energy Fund supplies funds for the Advanced Energy Fund Grant program. Denton Municipal Electric - Residential GreenSense Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Denton Municipal Electric pays residential and small commercial customers to reduce energy demand and consumption in order to reduce the utility bills of DME customers, reduce peak load, reduce emissions, and promote energy conservation. The program offers rebates on the electric service bills of DME retail customers and cash incentives to builders, and applicants can qualify for multiple incentives simultaneously. CPS Energy (Electric) - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

CPS Energy offers a variety of rebates for energy efficiency related improvements to residential homes, including: appliances, HVAC equipment, and insulation. Rebate calculation methods, limits, and equipment requirements vary by technology and sometimes by existing home characteristics. All equipment and installation requirements must be met in order to receive rebate payments. View the program web site for additional details.

Austin Energy - Multi-Family Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

The Austin Energy Multi-Family Program provides cash incentives to owners, developers, and property managers of apartments and other multi-family properties for making energy efficiency improvements. Rebates are available for qualified A/C systems, heat pumps, window treatments, insulation, ductwork, and lighting equipment. A free walk-through energy survey is required before a rebate application will be accepted. Rebate eligibility for each identified improvement will be determined by the on-site survey. Owatonna Public Utilities - Residential Conserve and Save Rebate Program

Owatonna offers incentives to residential customers who install energy-efficient equipment in homes through the Conserve and Save Rebate Program. Equipment rebates for technologies such as refrigerators, freezers and room air conditioners can be increased by properly recycling previously used, working units. Owatonna Public Utilities will reimburse the customer for the recycling costs if they have proof that they recycled an old unit and replaced it with an ENERGY STAR model. Rebate applications for measures purchased during the previous year are due by March 31 of the following year.

Marshall Municipal Utilities - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Austin Utilities (Gas and Electric) - Residential Conserve and Save Rebate Program

Austin Utilities offers incentives to its residential customers for the installation of energy-efficient equipment in homes. Rebates are available for both electric and natural gas equipment. Energy Efficiency and Green Building Standards for State Buildings

In March, 2006, Wisconsin enacted SB 459, the Energy Efficiency and Renewables Act. With respect to energy efficiency, this bill requires the Department of Administration (DOA) to prescribe and annually review energy efficiency standards for all equipment for heating, ventilation, air conditioning, water heating or cooling, lighting, refrigeration, or other function that consumes energy. These standards must meet or exceed federal EPA standards, federal energy management standards, and standards established by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-conditioning Engineers. Green Building and Energy Reduction Standards for State Agencies

With the passage of Engrossed Substitute Senate Bill 5509 – Related to High Performance Green Building, State facilities in Washington must be designed and built to the US Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver standards.
