Rebates

Tillamook PUD provides a free energy audit to determine eligible measures. After the audit, the customer will receive an energy analysis. The PUD offers rebates and five-year, five-percent interest loans, on approved credit. As part of its Industrial Energy Program, Tillamook PUD evaluates the energy savings of proposed projects and helps customers identify projects through an energy review.

Socorro Electric Cooperative offers energy assessments to residential and non-residential customers to determine ways to increase home or business energy efficiency.

The utility offers energy audits of existing facilities for residential and nonresidential customers to provide recommendations of energy efficiency improvements.

New Braunfels Utilities provides free water, energy, and irrigation audits to both residential and commercial customers.

The Lighting Design Lab offers a variety of energy analyses, technical assistance, and training programs to commercial and industrial customers across the Pacific Northwest, including Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

Kit Carson Electric Cooperative provides free energy-use analyses of homes and businesses. The audits identify ways to make homes or offices more energy efficient.

This program is designed to promote the construction of "green" buildings. The program helps developers design a building that will be LEED-certified.

Vermont Electric Cooperative's (VEC's) voluntary Beat the Peak program encourages members to reduce energy usage during "peak" energy times. A peak event is when energy demand is at its highest. If VEC members can collectively "beat the peak," members can help control rising costs that impact electric rates.

Atlantic City Electric has an Internet-based tool that can help customers make energy management decisions. Energy Profiler Online enables users to analyze usage for multiple sites or facilities; review usage data for energy choice decisions; measure the effectiveness of energy efficiency efforts; and generate management reports.

New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) through its Low-Rise Residential New Construction program (PON 2309) provides financial incentives to the builders and the Home Energy Rating Providers to support construction of certified New York ENERGY STAR homes as well as New York Energy $mart designation homes for eligible gut rehabilitation projects. The program provides both financial and technical assistance to participating buildings and developers, as well as to the Residential Energy Service Network (RESNET) Home Energy Rating System (HERS) Providers and Home Energy Raters.
