Clark Public Utilities - Residential Heat Pump Loan Program

Clark Public Utilities offers loans of up to $20,000 for heat pumps. Loans will help customers cover the up-front cost of installing a highly efficient heat pump in a residence. All electrically heated homes, including manufactured homes, are eligible for the heat pump financing program. Customers have up to seven years to repay the loan at a 3.5 percent interest rate. The utility charges a $230 loan processing fee for loans under $5,000 or $450 for loans $5,000 or more, which can be paid up front or folded into the loan. Clark Public Utilities - Residential Weatherization Loan Program

Loans of up to $15,000 at a 3.5% interest are available through Clark Public Utilities' Weatherization Loan Program. The loans can pay for the average local cost of eligible measures, based on recently completed projects. Customers have up to seven years to repay the loans, but monthly payments will be at least $25. Marshfield Utilities - Heat Pump Rebate Program

Marshfield Utilities offers cash-back rewards for Ground Source Heat Pumps, as well as Focus on Energy program incentives. A rebate of $150 will be given to customers who purchase and install qualifying Ground Source Heat Pumps. Systems must meet the equipment standards of the program in order to receive a rebate. Holy Cross Energy - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Holy Cross Energy, a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, has developed a voluntary carbon reduction strategy designed to slow the growth of carbon dioxide emissions created in the generation of electricity used by consumers. Eligible equipment includes LED lighting, programmable thermostats, heat pumps and insulation. A home energy audit may also be available to participating customers. Ozarks Electric Cooperative - Home Energy Lending Program

Ozarks Electric Cooperative offers the Home Energy Lending Program (H.E.L.P) to residential members to help make energy efficiency improvements in eligible homes. Certified contractors first perform an energy assessment of eligible participants' homes regarding technologies such as air sealing, duct sealing, attic insulation and more. Upon completion of the assessment, the program will review the results with participants and determine areas of improvement, loan details and estimated savings. Once improvements and terms are agreed upon, certified contractors would conduct the energy efficiency improvements. After all improvements have been made and checked for quality, total project costs will be financed on participants'

North Arkansas Electric Cooperative, Inc - Energy Efficiency Loan Program

North Arkansas Electric Cooperative (NAEC), a Touchstone Energy Cooperative, serves approximately 35,000 member accounts in seven different counties. The coop provides low interest rates for energy efficiency improvements in the home through the EECL Loan Program. Eligible customers include residential, commercial, industrial, public, community buildings/facilities, structures used in agricultural operations, and any other location deemed suitable by NAEC. Customers must be a NAEC member for at least six months to receive a loan.

Cedarburg Light & Water Utility - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Note: This program contains Income-Qualified bonuses that increase rebate amounts.

Cedarburg Light & Water (CL&W) offers rebates to residential customers for a variety of energy-efficient equipment and upgrades.  Through Wisconsin Focus on Energy, CL&W provides extensive incentives for energy saving measures to be undertaken at apartments and condos.  Rebates exist for both new and existing apartments and condos and generally include HVAC upgrades, energy efficient lighting, and custom measures. Denton Municipal Electric - Residential GreenSense Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Denton Municipal Electric pays residential and small commercial customers to reduce energy demand and consumption in order to reduce the utility bills of DME customers, reduce peak load, reduce emissions, and promote energy conservation. The program offers rebates on the electric service bills of DME retail customers and cash incentives to builders, and applicants can qualify for multiple incentives simultaneously. First Electric Cooperative - Home Improvement Loans

First Electric Cooperative, a Touchstone Energy® Cooperative, serves over 85,000 member accounts throughout parts of seventeen counties in central and southeast Arkansas. The Home Improvement Loan Program allows members to borrow between $500 and $15,000 for energy efficiency home improvements associated with heat pumps, First Electric products and portable home generators. Loan repayments can be included in your monthly electric bill. 

For loans under $2500, there is a filing fee of $20; for loans over $2,500, the fee is $60. Only single-family primary residences served by FECC are eligible. Loans between $500 and $2,500 are secured with an equipment lien
