Co-Mo Electric Cooperative - Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Co-Mo Electric Cooperative provides rebates to its residential and commercial members who install air source, dual fuel, and/or geothermal heat pumps, and certain energy efficient appliances. Heat pumps that receive rebates may be subject to Co-Mo Load Control Programs. The specifications for eligible installations are quite specific; full details are listed in the heat pump rebate application.

The Energy Saving Home Appliance Rebate Program offers rebates on Energy Star window air conditioners, and electric tank water heaters. Additional details can be found in the appliance rebate application located on the program web site.

Tillamook County PUD - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

The Tillamook County Public Utility District (PUD) offers residential customers standard rebates on electric vehicle chargers, ENERGY STAR appliances, heat pump water heaters, programmable thermostats and home weatherization projects.

In addition to the various rebate programs, Tillamook County PUD and the following stores offer a financing program with unsecured, zero-percent interest on ENERGY STAR appliances, on approved credit up to $2,000 for 12 months:

Intercounty Electric Cooperative - Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Intercounty Electric Cooperative provides rebates to its customers for the purchase of a variety of energy-efficient equipment and appliances. Customers must contact Intercounty Electric within 60 days after the equipment is purchased and installed. They also must include an original receipt and copy of the warranty with applications. Ozark Border Electric Cooperative - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Program

Ozark Border Electric Cooperative has made rebates available to residential members for the installation of energy-efficient equipment upgrades. In order to receive rebates, all equipment must meet the specified energy efficiency program standards. 

In order to apply for the rebates, customers must contact one of the Ozark Border Electric local offices and provide them with a copy of the invoice that includes details of the equipment brand, size, and efficiency.  Visit the cooperatives web site for additional program guidelines and equipment information.

Flathead Electric Cooperative - New and Manufactured Home Incentive Program

Flathead Electric encourages its residential customers to occupy energy efficient homes. A $1,200 rebate is payable to Northwest Energy Efficient Manufactured (NEEM) home buyers who site a new electrically heated NEEM home in Flathead Electric service territory. Rebates are payable after the home has been set-up and verified by a Flathead Electric Co-op representative. Home buyers will be required to submit a rebate form to Flathead Electric prior to set-up inspection. Contact Flathead Electric for more information on this program.

Springfield Utility Board - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

The Springfield Utility Board offers qualifying customers a 0% loan for the purchase of qualifying energy-efficient heat pumps, insulation upgrades, duct sealing and energy efficient windows.

Interested customers should get bids from qualifying contractors, and submit them, along with the loan application form to the utility. Application details may be found on the site listed.

New Hampshire Electric Co-op - Residential Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs

New Hampshire Electric Co-op provides a number of energy efficiency incentive programs for its residential members. Members can receive a free Home Energy Analysis through the Home Performance with Energy Star Program. The analysis will examine the home's air sealing, insulation, equipment thermostats and insulation, as well as the energy consumption of the home's refrigerator. The NHEC representative may recommend certain improvements during the evaluation and offer 50% off the cost of the improvements up to a total of $4,000. An interest-free loan is available to help cover the remaining out-of-pocket costs for customers.

Ashland Electric Utility - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Program

City of Ashland Conservation Division has zero-interest loans to help its residential customers finance energy efficiency improvements to homes. The maximum loan amount is $7,500. The loans can be used for a variety of energy saving projects, including solar water heaters and weatherization measures. To be eligible, homes must be owner-occupied and heat with electricity from the City of Ashland. Contact the City of Ashland for more information on this program.

EWEB - Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Programs

Eugene Water and Electric Board (EWEB) assists residential customers in financing energy efficiency improvements through a variety of loan programs.  Zero-interest loans of varying amounts and repayment periods are available for air-source and ductless heat pumps, and weatherization measures including window replacements and insulation upgrades.  Generally, eligible homes must have permanently installed electric heat as their primary heating source.
