Ameren Illinois offers residential customers incentives on energy efficient equipment and home improvements, covering both electric and natural gas measures. Many incentives are applied at the point of sale through the Ameren Illinois Savings marketplace, so the price shown already reflects the discount.
Incentives are available for:
- Heating and cooling — air source heat pumps, ground source (geothermal) heat pumps, room air conditioners, ceiling fans, vent fans, energy recovery ventilators
- Water heating — heat pump water heaters and gas water heaters
- Smart thermostats
- Appliances — clothes washers, electric dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers
- Air quality and comfort — air purifiers, dehumidifiers
- Lighting, advanced power strips, in-ground pool pumps and water coolers
