Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) offers a variety of rebates for energy efficient equipment used in homes through the Consumer Rebate Program. For more information on these programs, review the program web site. The Consumer Rebate Program (CRP) by LADWP encourages residential customers to use energy-efficient products by offering rebates for items that exceed state and federal efficiency standards, such as variable speed pool pumps, cool roofs, ENERGY STAR® windows, HVAC systems, heat pump water heaters, and whole house fans. These upgrades can help lower energy bills, conserve resources, and improve home comfort. To qualify, applicants must have active LADWP electric service and submit their application within 12 months of purchasing and installing the product. LADWP may inspect installations before issuing rebates.
